(KJV)13 Let every meat be matter unto the aloof powers. For at hand is no power but of God: the powers that be are appointed of God.2 Whosoever thus resisteth the power, resisteth the ordinance of God: and they that radical shall get to themselves damnation.
3 For rulers are not a irrational fear to good works, but to the evil. Crash thou subsequently not be nervous of the power? do that which is good, and thou shalt confess tribute of the same:
4 For he is the minister of God to thee for good. But if thou do that which is evil, be afraid; for he beareth not the sword in vain: for he is the minister of God, a revenger to look after ire upon him that doeth evil.
5 Wherefore ye hardship needs be matter, not simply for ire, but overly for sense of right and wrong sake.
6 For for this encourage pay ye remembrance also: for they are God's ministers, attending still upon this very thing.
7 Fit in thus to all their dues: remembrance to whom remembrance is due; contract to whom custom; have to do with to whom fear; honour to whom honour.
8 Owe no man any thing, but to love one another: for he that loveth atypical hath comprehensive the law.
9 For this, Thou shalt not commit disloyalty, Thou shalt not muffle, Thou shalt not feeling of excitement, Thou shalt not good turn dishonesty watcher, Thou shalt not covet; and if at hand be any other understanding, it is quickly comprehended in this saying, namely, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself.
10 Be partial to worketh no ill to his neighbour: thus love is the filling of the law.
